Yes. The Move-In Readiness Check is offered free of charge for one vacant apartment. There is no charge for the initial readiness check, and no obligation to book the cleanup.
What does the readiness check include?
Torres looks at the vacant apartment and records what needs attention before your next move-in. You then receive a cleanup plan with the assessment, photos, estimated cleaning time, and a proposed quote and schedule.
Does submitting the form book a cleaning?
No. The form is a request for contact, not an automated booking. Torres will contact you to arrange the readiness check, and no appointment or cleanup job is scheduled until Torres confirms it with you.
What happens after I submit the form?
Torres reviews your request and contacts you directly to arrange the readiness check. After the check, you receive your cleanup plan. You decide whether to go ahead, and nothing is booked until you confirm.
How does the start-time guarantee work?
Once Torres confirms a start time with you, that is the time the cleanup is scheduled to begin. If we miss the agreed start time, that cleanup job is FREE.
How does the finish-time guarantee work?
Your cleanup plan includes an estimated finish time. Once you confirm it, we work to finish by then. If it looks like we will run late, we tell you before the deadline, not after. If we miss the agreed finish time, that cleanup job is FREE.
How does the emergency guarantee work?
If an apartment needs urgent attention, such as a same-day or next-day move-in, call Torres at 253-327-5177 or say so in your request. Torres will tell you straight away whether it can take the job on.
